Gass

After 20 years of life in the greater Los Angeles area, Gass packed up and moved East to New Mexico, where he attended New Mexico State University, in Las Cruces, to become a Class A Professional Golfer.   Well, after he found out that you had to take Economics, and Accounting, Gass decided to change majors to another dream he had.  Radio.  It only took 6 and a half years to graduate with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.   That's good, right?

Immediately following graduation, Gass was employed with a CBS TV affiliate in El Paso, Texas.  After deciding that TV wasn't his bag, he moved to radio, and started his career at KXDA in Las Cruces, NM..   After 9 months of on-air work, Gass was replaced by a computer.  BOOOO!!!   But it was a sign of things to come, as he got out of town and moved to Phoenix, AZ.  Like Alice.

After a 3 year hiatus of partying and living, Gass got serious about radio again, and got a job at ESPN Radio 860.  He started a hockey show called "Hockey Night in Phoenix" which was co-hosted by Stanley Cup Winner Brent Severyn of the Colorado Avalanche.  The success of the show got Gass a new one on Newstalk 1010AM in Phoenix, where he started "That Sports Show with Those Guys," a light-hearted look at sports with comedians John Jesmer, Dave Bierstein, and Reggie Walker.  That show got Gass a new gig at All Comedy Radio 1480AM where he was the morning guy, producing the Danny Bonaducci show.  During his time there, Gass interviewed some of the funniest comedians in the world.

From All Comedy Radio, Gass moved onto KWSS 106.7FM where he's called home for the past 3 years.

That's all for now.
