B and Gass take up the daunting task of reporting on our dining adventures, then we like to tell you about them in our own special way. Every Monday we hit up a new restaurant and tell you about the experience we had from a customer's point of view. But with over 15 years of service in the industry ourselves, we also take the side of the server/bartenders.
We give the server a chance to join in on the conversation, as we go over what happened during our meal. Basically we Gass them(see pic below). Most of the time they call. If they don't, then we call them. They're not getting out of it that easy.
